Bingil Bay is east of the Bruce Highway & north of Mission Beach. A camp ground & picnic area are located on the edge of the beach at Bingil Bay with some good land based fishing straight off the beach. To get to Bingil Bay turn east off the Bruce Highway at El Arish (between Tully & Innisfail). Take the El Arish - Mission Beach Road (Cassowary Drive) past Mount Edna to Mission Beach then take the road north past Clump Point to Bingil Bay.
